射流管电液伺服阀滑阀冲蚀磨损特性分析

摘    要:射流管伺服阀的油液被污染后,其中的颗粒在高速射流下会对滑阀产生冲蚀磨损,从而影响伺服阀的工作性能。针对上述问题,建立射流管伺服阀的AMESim模型;结合计算流体动力学与冲蚀磨损理论,建立滑阀的冲蚀磨损数学模型。通过有限元仿真软件,模拟颗粒对滑阀的冲蚀磨损;基于射流管伺服阀的AMESim模型,分析滑阀磨损对伺服阀工作性能的影响。有限元仿真结果表明,滑阀冲蚀磨损的主要部位是阀套和阀芯的控制面刃边,并且阀芯控制面刃边的磨损比阀套严重;AMESim仿真分析结果表明,滑阀在冲蚀磨损后,伺服阀的空载流量增大,零位压力增益减小。为射流管伺服阀冲蚀磨损部位预测、故障诊断以及结构优化提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:Particles flowing with contaminated oil at high speed in jet pipe servo valve will erode the spool valve,which can affect the working characteristics of the jet pipe servo valve.Aimed at the above problem,by using AMESim simulation software,the whole model of the jet pipe servo valve is built.And a mathematical model of erosion wear of the spool valve is established by combining computational fluid dynamics and erosion wear theory.The erosion wear of the spool valve is simulated by finite element simulation software.Then,the influence of the spool valve suffering from erosion wear on the working characteristics of the jet pipe servo valve is analyzed based on the AMESim model of the jet pipe servo valve.The finite element simulation results show that the main erosion wear parts of the spool valve are the sharp edge of valve sleeve and valve core,and the sharp edge erosion wear of the valve core is more serious than that of the valve sleeve.AMESim simulation results show that when the spool valve is eroded,the unload flow rate and the zero pressure gain of the jet pipe servo valve increase and decrease,respectively.This research provides a certain reference for the erosion wear prediction,fault diagnosis and structural optimization of jet pipe servo valve.
