矿用锂离子蓄电池无轨胶轮车隔爆兼本安型主控箱的研制及应用

摘    要:文章介绍了针对矿用纯电动无轨胶轮车研制的一款隔爆兼本安型主控箱。对主控箱的电气系统硬件设计和软件设计,确保主控箱的功能完善,重量小,故障率低,方便后期维护;并通过多种方式进行质量检验,确保主控箱的功能完善并符合国家的安全标准要求。目前,主控箱已经成功使用于WLR-19矿用防爆锂离子蓄电池无轨胶轮车,车辆性能稳定,达成设计目标。

Abstract:Developed a flameproof and intrinsically safe main control box for mine pure electric trackless rubber tire vehicles. The electrical system hardware design and software design of the main control box ensure that the main control box has perfect functions, small weight, low failure rate and convenient post-maintenance; and quality inspection is carried out in various ways to ensure the function and conformity of the main control box. National safety standards are required. At present, the main control box has been successfully used in the WLR-19 mine explosion-proof lithium ion battery trackless rubber wheel vehicle, the vehicle performance is stable, and the design goal is achieved.
