舟山与大陆联网大跨越线路工程海上铁塔基础防撞系统设计

摘    要:基于相关局部冲刷水槽试验、通航环境安全评估等资料,确定了舟山与大陆联网大跨越线路工程海上输电铁塔基础的防撞标准,采用桩基水平大变形p-y 曲线分析法并基于撞击能量控制设计了海上铁塔基础的柔性护墩桩式防撞系统。新型防撞系统由内外圈防撞桩及桩间连系梁组成,所有防撞桩连为一个整体共同抵抗船舶撞击能量,而连系梁中的柔性钢丝束还可保证船舶无法突破防撞系统。该柔性防撞系统一方面能有效降低船舶在撞击过程中的损坏程度,另一方面能抵抗一般高能量撞击而不必修复,对于极限高能量撞击,修复受损局部即可。
