摘    要:为应对含不同类型储能微能源网在实际运行中面临的多种不确定因素,在给出考虑储电、储热、储气设备参与的微能源网日前经济调度策略的基础上,以跟踪日前微能源网与外网交互功率及储能设备能量状态优化结果为主要目标,并尽可能提高可再生能源利用率,基于模型预测控制方法建立了微能源网多时间尺度协同调度模型。算例结果表明,所提方法能有效应对间歇性可再生能源出力波动与负荷预测误差,在保证各储能设备日运行能量平衡的前提下,提出了可控元件的日内平滑出力策略,并提高了微能源网对风电、光伏的消纳能力。

Multi-time Scale Optimal Coordinated Dispatch of Micro-energy Grid with Multi-energy Storage

Abstract:In order to deal with the various uncertain factors faced in the actual operation of micro-energy networks with different types of energy storage in actual operation, this paper gives the economic dispatch strategy of micro-energy network considering the participation of electricity storage, heat storage and gas storage equipment. To track the optimized energy exchange between the micro-energy network and the external network and the storage equipment’s energy state, and to improve the utilization rate of renewable energy as much as possible, a multi-time scale cooperative scheduling model of micro-energy network was established based on the model prediction control method. The results show that the proposed model can effectively deal with renewable energy output fluctuation and load forecasting error. Under the premise of ensuring the daily energy balance of energy storage equipment, the real-time smooth output strategy of the controllable components is proposed. The ability to absorb wind power and photovoltaic energy is also improved.
