引压管对阀内流场影响仿真研究

摘    要:
提出了一种引压管对阀内流场影响的计算和分析方法,以四阀芯阀口独立控制阀为研究对象,在试验验证阀腔模型准确性的基础上,运用Fluent软件进行数值计算,研究了引压管结构参数对阀内流场的影响规律,确定了引压管较优内径参数。结果表明:在四阀芯阀口独立控制阀内,引压管内径在8 mm以下时,由于引压管对阀腔整体结构改变较小,对其所在阀腔截面面积改变较大,因此增设引压管对阀腔进出口压差的影响小于引压管所在阀腔截面平均速度;引压管对其所在阀腔截面平均速度的影响随引压管内径增大而增大;综合考虑传感器工作需求与引压管对阀内流场的影响,确定引压管内径取4 mm为宜。对后续液压阀阀内压力测量中引压管的结构设计具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:
Proposes a calculation and analysis method for the influence of the pressure tube on the flow field in the valve, taking the independent control valve of the four-spool valve port as the research object, the Fluent software is used to calculate, the influence of the structural parameters of the tube on the flow field was studied based on the accuracy valve model of has been verified, and the optimal inner diameter of the tube were determined. The research results show that: in the valve, when the inner diameter of the tube is less than 8 mm, the change of the cross-sectional area where the tube is located is bigger than the overall structure, so the influence of the tube on the pressure difference is smaller than the average velocity of the section; the influence of the tube on the velocity field increases with tube diameter; considering the working requirements of the sensor and the influence of the pressure tube on the flow field, it is determined that the inner diameter is 4 mm. The results have some reference significance for the structural design of pressure tube in the follow-up pressure measurement of hydraulic valve.
