特定沉降阶段的盾构隧道地表沉降研究

摘    要:以某电力盾构隧道土压平衡盾构掘进施工为背景,提出了特定阶段的地表沉降预测公式。考虑注浆压力、盾构机与土体摩擦力、开挖面推力等因素,利用数值仿真软件进行模拟盾构开挖数值试验。综合现场实测数据、公式计算结果、数值模拟结果对土体横向变形和纵向变形规律进行了研究。结果表明:土体横向沉降变形呈现“U”形分布,随着土体深度的增加,向“V”形分布。土体纵向变形呈现倒“S”形分布,且盾构机与土体摩擦力相比于开挖面推力是使得开挖面前方土体隆起主要因素,计算结果表明距离开挖面前方0.6h处出现最大隆起值。注浆压力主要影响盾尾脱出后土体沉降变形,增大注浆压力和持续时间可以有效控制土体竖向变形。

Abstract:Based on the earth pressure balance(EPB)shield tunneling of an electric power shield tunnel,the ground settlement prediction formula for a specific stage is proposed.Considering the factors of grouting pressure,friction between shield machine and soil,thrust of excavation face,numerical simulation software is used to simulate shield excavation.Based on the field measured data,formula calculation results and numerical simulation results,the laws of lateral and longitudinal deformation of soil are analyzed.The results show that the lateral settlement deformation of soil presents a"U"shape distribution,and with the increase of soil depth,it tends to"V"shape.The longitudinal deformation of soil presents an inverted"S"shape distribution,and the friction between shield machine and soil compared with the thrust of excavation face is the main factor to make the soil heave in front of the excavation face.The calculation results show that the maximum uplift occurs at 0.6 h away from the front of the excavation face.The grouting pressure mainly affects the settlement and deformation of the soil after the shield tail is detached.Increasing the grouting pressure and duration can effectively control the vertical deformation of the soil.
