现浇大体积混凝土的裂缝控制技术

摘    要:高层建筑基础大体积混凝土施工,一般使用低水化热的矿渣水泥,而本工程因混凝土设计标号高,必须使用高水化热的普通硅酸盐水泥.在本文,合理选用原材料,用UEA外加剂代替相应水泥用量并调整配合比,对混凝土温度进行了估算,根据工程实际合理设置后浇带,不仅实现了温度控制的目标,也解决了高标号大体积混凝土使用普通硅酸盐水泥的裂缝控制技术问题.

Abstract:Low hydration heat clinker bearing cement is generally used in the mass concrete construction of super high building basis.The buildings involving in this paper,high hydration heat ordinary portland cement must be used because of its higher concrete strength requirement.This will result in temperature increase in the concrete and in turn lead to crack.By carefully selecting raw materials,adding UEA additive in proper proportion,correctly estimating concrete temperature,properly locating the post pouring joint strip,the temperature of the concrete has been controlled and the cracking avoided as well.In this paper,the raw materials are correctly selected,the equivalent of cement is replaced with the concrete additive of UEA and adjust the proportioning of concrete,the estimation of concrete temperature is done,the post-pouring joint-strip is properly located on the practice.The objective of temperature contorl has been done and the technical problem for the crack control has been also solved that mass and higher strength concrete use the ordinary portland cement.
