内置型钢钢管混凝土轴压构件设计方法研究及 可靠度分析

摘    要:为使内置型钢钢管混凝土构件在实际工程应用中有矩可循、有法可依,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了内置型钢钢管混凝土构件轴压模型,通过与已有试验结果对比验证了数值模拟的可靠性。基于内置型钢钢管混凝土力学性能及工作机理,分析了混凝土强度、钢管强度、内置型钢强度、钢管含钢率以及内置型钢含钢率等参数对构件承载力的影响; 以提出的计算方法为基础,分析了不同荷载效应比ψ对该类构件可靠度的影响。考虑实际工程参数,分别提出了内置型钢钢管混凝土轴压短柱强度承载力计算公式与内置型钢钢管混凝土长柱的稳定承载力计算公式,建议了内置型钢钢管混凝土轴压构件的设计方法。以稳定系数φ为参数,提出了内置型钢钢管混凝土轴压构件极限承载力与稳定承载力的统一计算方法。研究结果表明:基于提出的计算方法得到的内置型钢钢管混凝土轴压构件承载力可靠度指标基本符合统一标准规范要求。

Abstract:In order to make the concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST)members with inner steel has moment and laws to follow in practical engineering, the numerical model was established by ABAQUS, the reliability of numerical simulation was verified by comparing simulation results with experimental results. Based on the mechanical properties and working mechanism of CFST, the influences of various influencing parameters, such as concrete strength, steel pipe strength, built-in section steel strength, steel ratio of steel pipe and steel ratio of built-in section steel on the bearing capacity of components were analyzed. Based on the formula proposed, the influence of different load effect ratios ψ on the reliability of this type of component was analyzed. Considering the actual engineering parameters, the calculation formula of the strength and bearing capacity of the short columns of CFST with inner steel under axial compression was proposed, and the design method of this kind of component was suggested. Taking the stability coefficient φ as a parameter, the calculation formula of the stability and bearing capacity of the long columns of CFST with inner steel was proposed. The research results show that based on the calculation method proposed, the reliability index of the bearing capacity of this kind of component basically meets the requirements of the unified standard.
