| 摘 要： | 陕西延长石油集团炼化公司延安石油化工厂，结合其20万t/a聚丙烯装置实际，自主开发出了一种多回路冷凝装置尾气的回收工艺技术，并成功工业化应用于该装置的3路丙烯尾气的冷凝回收系统。近5年的运行结果表明:经多种措施及操作优化后，该3路冷凝丙烯尾气回收系统，不仅实现了长周期连续平稳、安全运行，还可有效回收丙烯、丙烷分别约为2 660，140 t/a。

| Abstract: | Yan′an Petrochemical Plant of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum（Group）Refining and Chemical Company，combined with the practice of its 200 kt/a polypropylene plant，and independently developed the multi-loop condensing tail gas recovery process technology，and the technology was successfully applied in the 3-way condensation recovery system of the propylene tail gas of this plant. The operating results of the past 5 a indicated that，after the various measures and operational optimizations，the 3-way condensing propylene tail gas recovery system not only achieved long-term stable and safe operation，but also effectively recovered approximately 2 660，140 t/a of propylene and propane，respectively，which could provide reference for the resource recovery and reuse of tail gas in similar plant. |
