| 摘 要： | 安顺电厂原有气力除灰系统不能满足正常输灰要求,克莱德华通物料输送有限公司采用浓相气力除灰技术,对电除尘器灰斗下口至灰库入口的除灰系统进行改造。该公司提供除灰系统、中间仓、控制系统的设计与设备供货、安装及调试指导。运行结果表明安顺电厂除灰系统的改造达到了设计要求,满足了系统正常工作的需要。除安顺电厂外,该公司的浓相气力除灰系统在国内28 个电厂得到应用。

| Abstract: | The original pneumatic ash removal system in Anshun Power Plant can not meet the normal requirements for ash handing.Clyde Huatong Material Handling Company Limited has adopted the concentrated phase pneumatic ash removal technique and retrofitted the ash handling system from the bottom outlet of the precipitator hopper to the inlet of the ash tank.The company has completed the design of ash removal system,intermediate hopper and control system with equipment supply,installation and guidance for test and adjustment.After retrofitting the system was put into operation on September 26,2000. |
