| 摘 要： | 素混凝土桩复合地基因其施工工艺便捷、造价低、承载能力高以及沉降量较低等诸多优点，在建筑地基处理中得到了广泛的应用。基于此，本文以某新区回迁楼三期项目素混凝土桩施工项目为例，分析研究了素混凝土桩施工中常见的质量问题并提出解决措施，对素混凝土桩复合地基更好的应用具有一定的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Plain concrete pile composite foundation has been widely used in foundation treatment because of its advantages such as convenient construction technology, low cost, high bearing capacity and low settlement. Based on this, this paper takes the construction project of plain concrete pile of the third phase project of Huiqianlou in a new district as an example, analyzes and studies the common quality problems in the construction of plain concrete pile, and puts forward the solving measures, it can promote the better application of plain concrete pile composite foundation. |
