摘    要:国内商品车运输链的决策核心是整车制造商,成本主要由合同约定,日计划考虑了更多供应链指标,但依赖计划员的经验,缺乏运筹优化决策支持。现有理论研究立足于承运商决策,重点在于降低运输成本,与实际运作有较大差异。本文模型从制造商出发,以供应链价值最大化为目标,综合考虑订单交付价值、承运商管理、满载率、装载约束和卸货点限制等多重约束,从而更符合生产实际需求。优化流程中将运力分配与发运计划分解成两阶段,大幅降低了问题求解的规模,基于ILOG CPLEX的程序开发为计划员提供了决策支持,大规模实际算例求解展示了其实用性。

Abstract:Whole manufacturers are core of the decision of domestic commercial vehicle transportation chain. Daily planning depends on experiments of planner, and concerns supply chain mostly. Current studies focus on minimization of delivery cost from point view of carrier, but the results keep a long distance from practice. A model is set up and it concerns the maximization value of supply chain by taking consideration of actual facts, such as delivery value, carrier management, full-load ratio, limit on unload, which are key elements from point view of sale logistics. Daily planning are divided into vehicle allocating and order distributing two stages, , and the scale of solving is reduced remarkably. Examples show the effectiveness of our models, and systems based on ILOG CPLEX gives strong backing to planners.
