摘    要:针对螺栓连接预紧力对疲劳寿命的影响,首先基于有限元法分析结构的承载能力和抗变形能力,提取了结构单元节点应力张量,再通过应力组合转换及2种应力修正(Goodman和FKM)方法,基于雨流分析法和Miner累计损伤准则,对在复杂外载荷作用下的航空发动机冷端螺栓连接结构进行疲劳寿命预测。结果表明:通过螺栓预紧载荷的合理选取,可将材料的疲劳寿命提高近5.8%,寿命统计循环周次提高约4.5×105次,预紧载荷存在最优值,可为航空发动机连接结构稳健设计确定提供有效手段。FKM方法相比于Goodman方法,统计的最佳疲劳寿命循环周次下降0.6%,具有更高的安全裕度。

Abstract:Based on the finite element method, the bearing capacity and deformation resistance of the structure are analysed. Then, the stress tensor of the structural element node is extracted, and the fatigue life of the cold end bolt connection structure of an aero-engine under complex external load is predicted by stress combination transformation and two kinds of stress (Goodman and FKM) correction methods, which is based on the rain flow analysis method and miner criterion cumulative damage. The results show that the fatigue life of the material can be increased by 5.8% and the statistical cycle of life can be increased by 4.5×105 (Times) through the reasonable selection of bolt preload. There is an optimal preload, which can provide an effective means for the robust design of aeroengine connection structure. Compared with Goodman's method, FKM method has a better safety margin with a statistical decrease of 0.6% in the cycle number of the best fatigue life.
