摘    要:针对Creo软件中的Pro/ping模块无法满足复杂液压管路设计要求这一问题,对Creo软件进行二次开发。建立了完善的管路设计资源库,以解决原模块资源库匮乏的问题。提出软硬管联合设计的理念,实现了管路路径的快速设计与灵活调整。设计了具有优先级参考功能的管件选型模块,体现了智能设计的理念,解决了报表输出时多个物料对应同一编号的问题。通过与传统设计模式进行对比测试,验证了系统的可靠性和高效性,为工程行业解决液压管路设计问题提供了新的思路和方向。

Abstract:The Creo software is redeveloped for the problem that the Pro/ping module in Creo software could not meet the design requirements of complex hydraulic pipeline. A complete pipeline design resource library is established to solve the problem of lack of original module resource library. The concept of joint design of soft and hard pipes is proposed, which realized the rapid design and flexible adjustment of pipeline paths. A pipe fitting selection module with priority reference function is designed, which embodies the concept of intelligent design. Solve the problem that multiple materials correspond to the same number when the report is output. By comparing with the traditional design pattern, the reliability and efficiency of the system are verified, which provides a new idea for the engineering industry to solve the hydraulic pipeline design problem.
