摘    要:武汉绿地中心项目高度为636m是世界在建第三高楼,项目施工出正负零后,主楼结构进入快速施工阶段,BIM技术在武汉绿地中心项目应用已经全面展开。本文主要介绍BIM技术指导顶升钢平台模架安装,解决了垂直运输与材料周转、管线优化、顶模与钢结构吊装碰撞检查等问题,最终使自带塔机顶升模架平台安装顺利完成,保证了武汉绿地中心项目主楼地上核心筒结构施工进度以及其顺利进行。

BIM Application in Wuhan Greenland Center Lifting Steel Platform Mold Installation

Abstract:Wuhan Greenland Center Project is the world's third-tallest building with 636 meters. The underground structure has been completed and the main building structure is under rapid construction. During the construction,BIM is playing a key role. This paper introduces the method of setting the jacking formwork system based on BIM technology,and solves problems of BIM application to vertical transportation,turnover materials management,pipeline optimization and steel structure erection. BIM technology makes the installation of the tower crane lifting formwork platform go on smoothly and guarrantees the construction progress on the ground core tube structure.
