| 摘 要： | PLC编程控制技术被广泛应用于各种机电设备控制中，Factory IO仿真软件也被应用到PLC编程学习中。三菱PLC编程控制技术是初学或入门者的首选，具有大量的学习者。Factory IO能与西门子、AB系列PLC直接连接，但只能通过其他方式与三菱PLC连接，组成联合仿真系统。基于此，可以利用PLCSimulator自带的Modbus TCP通信功能与Factory IO，GX Works2组成三菱PLC全虚拟仿真系统。使用该仿真系统，即使没有昂贵的PLC等硬件设备，PLC的学习者只用一台电脑也能较为直观地学好PLC，其效果较好。

| Abstract: | PLC programming control technology is widely used in the control of various electromechanical equipment, and Factory IO simulation software is also applied to PLC programming learning. Mitsubishi PLC programming control technology is the first choice for beginners or beginners, with a large number of learners. Factory IO can directly connected with Siemens and AB series PLCs, but can only be connected with Mitsubishi PLC in other ways to form a joint simulation system. Based on this, the Modbus TCP communication function that comes with PLCSimulator can be used to form a Mitsubishi PLC full virtual simulation system with Factory IO and GX Works2. Using this simulation system, PLC learners can use one computer even if they do not have expensive PLC and other hardware equipment. can learn PLC more intuitively, and its effect is better. |
