弧形锯齿尾缘对叶片气动噪声影响及机理的研究

摘    要:以弧形锯齿尾缘叶片为研究对象,同时设置三角形锯齿尾缘和直尾缘叶片作为参照组,采用大涡模拟结合声类比方程的方法,对比分析不同攻角下3种叶片的声压级指向性、噪声频谱特性。通过分析3种叶片周围涡结构,进一步对弧形锯齿尾缘所特有的声学机理进行研究。结果表明:同三角形锯齿一样,弧形锯齿结构并未改变叶片声压级指向性呈偶极子分布的规律;弧形锯齿尾缘有效降低中高频段的噪声,低频段降噪效果不明显;锯齿结构影响尾缘处展向涡的发展,进而对叶片气动噪声产生影响,且弧形锯齿尾缘对尾部涡结构的影响程度大于三角形锯齿尾缘。

Abstract:Taking the arc serrated trailing edge blade as the research object and setting the triangular shaped serrated trailing edge blade and straight trailing edge blade as the reference group, the large eddy simulation combined with FW-H equation is used to compare and analyze the sound pressure level directivity and noise spectrum characteristics of three kinds of blades at different angles of attack. Through the analysis of the vortex structure around the three kinds of blades, the unique acoustic mechanism of the arc serrated trailing edge is further studied. The results show that, like the triangular sawtooth, the arc sawtooth structure does not change the dipole distribution of the sound pressure level directivity of the blade. The arc serrated trailing edge effectively reduces the noise in the middle and high frequency band, while the noise reduction effect in the low frequency band is not obvious. The sawtooth structure affects the development of the vortex at the trailing edge, which in turn affects the aerodynamic noise of the blade, and the influence of the arc serrated trailing edge on the trailing vortex structure is greater than that of the triangular shaped serrated trailing edge.
