摘    要:为提升公众对于基础设施项目的满意度,促进基础设施发展,通过文献分析与案例分析两种方法全面识别重大基础设施项目公众满意度的影响因素,得出公众参与、项目影响、政策环境以及政府形象4类因素及21个子因素;结合S-O-R理论构建该类项目公众满意度形成机理的结构方程模型(SEM)。并运用AMOS21.0软件进行实证分析,结果表明公众参与等四类因素均通过中介变量公平感知与项目认知影响公众满意度,且其影响的总效应值排序为:政府形象、政策环境、项目影响、公众参与。

Abstract:To enhance the public satisfaction with infrastructure projects and promote infrastructure development, based on literature analysis and case analysis,this paper comprehensively identifies factors influencing the public satisfaction of mega infrastructure projects,and concludes four types of factors and 21 sub factors including public participation,project impact,policy environment and government image. Then, a structural equation model is constructed to analyze the formation mechanism of public satisfaction in such projects based on S-O-R theory. Based on this model,using Amos 21.0 software for empirical analysis,the results show that public participation and other four types of factors affect public satisfaction through the intermediary variables of fair perception and project cognition,and the total effect value of its impact is ranked as:government image,policy environment,project impact,public participation.
