CLOOS焊接机器人连贯焊接在液压支架上的应用

摘    要:在中厚板焊接中,采用连贯焊接可以有效发挥机器人焊接的特长,提升焊接质量和生产效率。相同类型的坡口连贯焊接很容易实现,不同类型坡口间的连贯焊接相对比较复杂。针对不同类型坡口间连贯焊接容易出现探伤质量问题的现象,通过对缺陷部位焊接过程的连续监控和探伤缺陷部位的刨修跟踪,最终找出问题的根源。通过对机器人焊接程序语段的开发,解决了同一条焊缝内不同坡口区段焊接偏移量无法自动调整的难题,使机器人不同类型坡口间的连贯焊接成型美观,探伤合格率100%。

Abstract:In medium and heavy plate welding,the use of continuous welding can effectively exploit the advantages of robot welding,improve welding quality and production efficiency.The same type of grooved joint welding was easy to implement,and the continuous welding between different types of groove was relatively complicated.For the phenomenon that the joint quality of different types of groove joints was prone to flaw detection quality,the root cause of the problem was finally found through the continuous monitoring of the welding process of the defect parts and the tracking of the flaw detection parts.Through the development of the robot welding program segment,the problem that the welding offset of different groove segments in the same weld could not be adjusted automatically was solved,so that the joint welding between different types of groove of the robot is beautiful and the qualified rate of flaw detection is 100%.
