井下大直径钻孔瓦斯抽采技术研究

摘    要:为研究面间煤柱内的大直径钻孔抽采采空区瓦斯效果,基于某矿实际生产条件及COMSOL数值模拟软件,依据上覆岩层运移理论、采空区顶板岩性、顶板垮落破坏特征对采空区孔隙率进行了分块赋值,COMSOL数值模拟研究结果表明:钻孔布置的最佳距离为8~10 m。考虑经济因素及顶板垮落步距的影响,钻孔布置的最佳距离应为10 m;靠近工作面上隅角处,采空区内瓦斯浓度呈中心高、四周低的圆环状分布,该低瓦斯浓度圆环的出现与大直径钻孔对采空区内瓦斯的抽采作用密切相关。ORIGIN数据拟合及计算表明:10 m钻孔间距条件下,控制上隅角瓦斯浓度不超限的钻孔最小瓦斯抽放量为5.4 m3/min。该理论成果的成功运用,指导了该矿的生产安全。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of gas extraction from goaf by large diameter boreholes in inter-face coal pillars,based on the actual production conditions of a mine and COMSOL numerical simulation software,the porosity of goaf was divided into blocks according to the theory of overlying strata migration,roof lithology of goaf and collapse failure characteristics.The results of COMSOL numerical simulation showed that the optimum distance of borehole layout was 8~10 m.Considering the influence of economic factors and roof caving step,the optimum distance of borehole layout should be 10 m.Near the upper corner of the working face,the gas concentration in the goaf distributes in a circle with high center and low circumference.The occurrence of the circle with low gas concentration was closely related to the gas drainage effect of large diameter boreholes in the goaf.ORIGIN data fitting and calculation showed that under the condition of 10 m borehole spacing,the minimum gas drainage volume of boreholes controlling gas concentration in upper corner was 5.4 m3/min.Successful application of the theoretical results has guided the production safety of the mine.
