极近距离煤层综放开采瓦斯涌出治理技术研究

摘    要:针对六家煤矿极近距离煤层综放开采瓦斯涌出治理问题,通过分析综采放顶煤工作面瓦斯涌出的主要影响因素,并在WⅡN36-8综放工作面瓦斯涌出来源分析及预测的基础上,针对性地采取了本煤层及邻近层低位钻孔抽采、上覆采空区瓦斯抽采、上隅角埋管抽采相结合的瓦斯分源治理技术。研究结果表明:极近距离煤层卸压瓦斯涌出、采空区瓦斯涌出等是造成工作面上隅角瓦斯涌出量增大的主要影响因素;采取分源治理措施以后,工作面初采期间瓦斯抽采率最大达到78%,上隅角瓦斯浓度稳定在0.3%~0.6%,工作面、回风瓦斯浓度稳定在0.2%~0.4%,工作面未出现瓦斯超限,瓦斯治理达到了预期效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of Liujia Coal Mines gas emission control in fully-mechanized caving mining for extremely close coal seam,the main influencing factors of gas emission in fully-mechanized top coal caving face were analyzed.On the basis of analysis and prediction of gas emission source of WⅡN36-8 work face,gas cent source control technology including low level drainage of this coal seam and adjacent strata,gas extraction of overlying goaf and upper corner pipe drainage were pointed adopted.The result of research showed that the main influencing factors for the increase of the gas emission in the corner of working face were extremely close pressure relief gas in the solid coal seam and gas emission from goaf.After adopting cent source management measure,gas extraction rate reached up to 78%,gas concentration in the upper corner was 0.3%~0.6%,gas concentration of working face and return air was about 0.2%~0.4%,so that there was no gas over limit in the working face,and the gas control has achieved the expected effect.
