基于反底拱锚固梁控制技术的巷道底板支护研究

摘    要:为了解决巷道底板底鼓现象,采用反底拱锚固梁控制技术,研究了巷道底板支护,根据研究区地应力场的测试结果,对巷道底板支护方案及参数进行了设计,然后对巷道底板进行反底拱锚固梁控制,首先对巷道底板进行注浆加固,然后在底板中施工锚索、锚杆+反拱支护。研究表明,采用反底拱锚固梁控制技术,可以有效控制巷道底板的变形。研究为深井底鼓的控制提供了技术支持。

 Study on roadway floor supporting based on inverted arch anchorage beam control technology

Abstract:In order to solve the floor heave phenomenon of roadway,the floor support of roadway is studied by using the technology of anchor beam with reverse bottom arch.Based on the test results of in-situ stress field in the study area,the support scheme and parameters of roadway floor are designed,then the bottom of the roadway is controlled by the anchor beam of the inverted arch,and the bottom of the roadway is first reinforced by grouting,then the anchor cable,anchor Rod and anti-arch support are constructed in the bottom.The research shows that the deformation of the roadway floor can be effectively controlled by using the control technology of the back arch anchorage beam.The research provides technical support for the control of deep well bottom drum.
