金川铜镍矿贫矿石选矿产品的工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:
通过对金川铜镍矿某矿区正在试产的贫矿石现场流程的精矿、尾矿样品的工艺矿物学研究发现,主要存在的问题是精矿Ni、Cu品位低,MgO含量高。其主要原因是滑石易浮,大量在精矿中富集造成的。因此,要提高铜镍品位,降低精矿中MgO的含量,适当提高铜镍的回收率,最直接有效的方式是降低精矿中滑石的含量。

Abstract:
Based on the precess mineralogy research of the concentrate and tailing samples from mineral processing of one mine of Jinchun copper-nickel deposit, it's showed that the main problem lies in the low-grade of Ni,Cu and high content of MgO, which caused by the considerable enrichment of the easy-to-float talc in the concentrates.Thus, reducing the talc content in the concentrates is the most effective and direct way to improve the Cu-Ni grade,reduce the Mgo content in the concentrates and properly increase the recovery rate of copper and nickel.
