摘    要:电机参数精度直接影响模型预测控制的性能,当出现参数失配时,会出现稳态误差,严重时影响系统稳定性。为了降低参数失配对模型预测控制性能的影响,提出了一种基于滑模扰动观测器补偿的模型预测电流控制算法。首先,将利用精确参数和离线参数预测得到的电流误差作为补偿项添加至预测模型中,构建了基于扰动补偿的永磁同步电机预测模型。其次,根据滑模变结构原理,建立了扰动观测器,并将实时检测到的扰动量用于模型预测计算中,用以补偿由参数失配带来的预测误差。由于所提出的滑模扰动观测器是根据新型双曲正切函数趋近律建立的,抖振现象能够得到抑制,且不需再使用低通滤波器,降低了延时效应。实验结果表明,提出的基于滑模扰动观测器补偿的模型预测电流控制能够降低由参数失配带来的稳态误差与电流波动,达到参数不失配时的模型预测控制精度,具有很高的应用价值。

Abstract:Parameter accuracy of motors directly influence the control performance of a model predictive control (MPC) method. When parameter mismatch occurs, steady-state errors will appear, and even worse, the system will get unstable. In order to reduce the impact of parameter mismatch on MPC, a sliding mode disturbance observer based MPC is proposed. Firstly, the errors between the estimated results using the accurate and offline parameters are added into the predictive model, constructing the model based on disturbance compensation for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM). Then, according to the sliding mode theory, the disturbance observers are established. The estimated disturbance is used in predictive control so as to compensate the predictive errors caused by parameter mismatch. Because the proposed sliding mode observers are achieved based on the hyperbolic function, the chattering effect can be suppressed. Moreover, no low-pass filter is needed, reducing the delay effect. Experimental results prove that the proposed model predictive current control method based on sliding mode disturbance observer is able to reduce the steady-state errors and current fluctuations caused by parameter mismatch. The proposed method has the identical control accuracy to the MPC when there is no parameter mismatch phenomenon, so it is valuable in practice.
