摘    要:结温是表征LED性能的重要指标,与热阻有着密切关系,直接影响LED寿命。利用LED半导体器件结电压与结温的良好线性关系,测量大功率LED灯网工作时的电压、电流、热沉温度等参数,基于电学参数法,提出一种LED的四热阻模型,在该模型基础上,设计并制作了大功率LED灯网热阻自动测量仪。该仪器能快速准确地实现大功率LED灯网热阻的自动测量。

Abstract:LED junction temperature is an important indicator of its performance and is relevant to its thermal resistance. It impacts on LED life. In this paper, the fourthermal resistance theory of LED is proposed and analyzed by measuring the voltage, current and heat sink temperature of high-power LED lamp net based on the good linear relationship between junction voltage and junction temperature of LED semiconductor device. An automatic measuring instrument was developed for high-power LED light grid thermal resistance. It can perform the automatic testing of the high-power LED light network thermal resistance quickly and accurately.
