煤矿通风机变频调速控制系统设计研究

摘    要:煤矿通风机是保证矿井正常运行的主要设备,在煤炭生产过程中,为了达到对能源的有效利用,对煤矿通风机变频调速控制系统设计进行了研究。分析了系统的控制方案,采用FX2N PLC对除尘系统、管道分流系统、变频器进行控制,利用变频器对风机运转进行驱动。以QPLC为系统主站,采用CC-Link现场总线对从站进行系统控制。然后,对系统的电路设计进行了分析,最后研究了系统的硬件部分、控制系统的通信、变频器的参数设定和系统软件设计。研究为煤矿通风机变频调速控制系统的设计提供了借鉴。

Abstract:Coal mine fan is the main equipment to ensure the normal operation of the mine.In the coal production process,in order to achieve effective use of energy,this paper studies the design of the variable frequency speed control system of coal mine ventilator.The control scheme of the system was analyzed,and the DF2N PLC was used to control the dust removal system,the pipeline diversion system and the inverter,and the inverter was used to drive the fan operation.The QPLC was used as the system master station,and the CC-Link field bus was used to control the slave station.Then,the circuit design of the system was analyzed.Finally,the hardware part of the system,the communication of the control system,the parameters setting of the inverter and the system software design were studied.The research provided a reference for the design of the variable frequency speed control system of coal mine ventilators.
