摘    要:陈四楼煤矿北翼-640 m轨道暗斜井在巷道掘进过程中受落差163 m的F18正断层影响,巷道由断层下盘的泥岩、砂质泥岩层位进入断层上盘的K5砂岩层位施工,岩层破碎,应力集中,巷道底板持续变形严重,针对陈四楼煤矿北翼-640 m轨道暗斜井巷道底鼓持续变形的现象,基于巷道围岩变形机理、松动圈理论、围岩加固理论,通过理论分析、现场试验、矿压观测等手段,提出了复杂条件下软岩巷道底鼓综合治理技术,即:采用“注浆+锚网(钢带)+中空注浆锚索注浆(锚索梁)+混凝土浇筑”的联合底鼓治理技术,有效改善围岩力学性质,提高锚杆锚固基础。现场工程实践表明,该套软岩巷道底鼓综合治理技术有效控制了巷道变形,确保了巷道安全生产使用要求,支护效果明显,对治理软岩巷道底板反复变形和矿井的长期高效安全生产建设具有重大的意义。

Abstract:The north wing -640 m track dark inclined shaft of the Chensilou Coal Mine was affected by the F18 normal fault with a drop of 163 m during the roadway excavation.The roadway was separated from the fault bed by the mudstone and sandy mudstone layer of the fault.K5 sandstone layer construction,rock stratum fracture,stress concentration,continuous deformation of roadway floor,for the continuous deformation of the bottom drum of the 640 m track dark inclined shaft in the north wing of Chensilou Coal Mine,based on the surrounding rock deformation mechanism and loose circle theory of surrounding rock reinforcement,through theoretical analysis,field test,mine pressure observation and other means,put forward the comprehensive treatment technology of soft rock roadway bottom drum under complex conditions,namely:using grouting+anchor net (steel strip)+hollow grouting combined bottom drum treatment technology of anchor cable grouting (anchor beam)+concrete pouring,effectively improve the mechanical properties of surrounding rock and improve the anchoring foundation of anchor.The field engineering practices showed that the comprehensive control technology of the bottom drum of the soft rock roadway effectively controlled the deformation of the roadway,ensured the safe production and use requirements of the roadway,and had obvious support effect.It is of great significance for rectifying the repeated deformation of the floor of soft rock roadway and the long-term efficient and safe production of the mine.
