| 摘 要： | 煤矿井下带式输送机肩负着煤炭的运输重责，是煤矿生产的关键设备。采用PLC可编程控制器，研究了带式输送机节能控制系统，该系统主要由现场控制和集中控制组成，分析了控制系统的硬件部分，硬件部分以S7-300系列PLC作为系统的主控单元，并介绍了控制系统综合保护，最后分析了控制系统的软件部分，设计了软启动控制程序、功率平衡控制程序、系统综合程序流程。研究为类似工程条件下输送机电气节能控制系统设计提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Coal mine underground belt conveyor shoulders the heavy responsibility of coal transportation and is the key equipment for coal mine production.The PLC programmable controller is used to study the energy-saving control system of the belt conveyor，the system is mainly composed of on-site control and centralized control，then，the hardware part of the control system is analyzed，the hardware part is the main system of S7-300 series PLC，control unit，and introduced the comprehensive protection of the control system，finally，the software part of the control system was analyzed，and the soft start control program，power balance control program and system integrated program flow were designed.The study provides reference for the design of conveyor electrical energy control system under similar engineering conditions. |
