高瓦斯突出矿井卸压开采瓦斯综合治理实践

摘    要:朱集东煤矿为“三高一深”(高地压、高瓦斯强突出、高地温、千米埋深)矿井,采掘工作面煤与瓦斯突出危险性极大,开采此类煤层最经济有效的办法是开采保护层。为抽采保护层11-2煤层开采过程中本煤层及邻近层大量卸压瓦斯,采用分源法计算瓦斯涌出量,结合工程类比取大值。根据瓦斯涌出量预测结果,选用Y型通风方式,辅以顺层钻孔、地面钻井、顶板巷大直径筛管平钻孔、留巷埋管及穿层钻孔等抽采方式,使工作面回采期间瓦斯抽采率达到84.8%,实现了深井高瓦斯工作面煤与瓦斯安全高效共采。

Abstract:Zhujidong Coal Mine is a deep well with high ground pressure,high gas outburst,high temperature and 1 000 m buried depth.The risk of coal and gas outburst in mining face was very great.The most economical and effective way to extract such coal seam was mining protection layer.For the drainage of protection layer 11-2 coal seam and the adjacent layer of pressure relief gas,using separate source method to calculate the amount of gas emission,combined with engineering analogy,the maximum value was taken.According to the prediction results of gas emission,the Y type ventilation mode,with bedding drilling,ground drilling,roof roadway large diameter pipe flat drilling,retaining wall pipe and wear layer drilling drainage method were used.The gas drainage recovery rate was up to 84.8%.The coal and gas high efficiency mining in the deep and high gas working face was realized.
