| 摘 要： | BIM 技术越来越多的使用导致计算机生成大量的后台数据，为从业者提供了一个从设计过程中提取有价值信息的机会。以 BIM 设计人员为研究对象，通过分析 BIM 设计流程特征和流程挖掘需求，利用过程挖掘技术构建了三种类型的社会网络并进一步构建了动态共同工作社会网络；采用“自顶向下”即从宏观到微观的研究方法，对 BIM 设计人员社会网络进行分析；通过深入研究社会网络中心性对 BIM 设计人员工作效率的影响机制提出共同工作社会网络中心性对 BIM 设计人员的工作效率有正向影响的研究假设；通过对研究变量进行测量和整理，对数据进行相关性分析和回归分析，得出假设成立的结论，表明应正视团队中派系的存在，引导派系共享成员，加强核心人物的培养并发挥其作用。

| Abstract: | The growing utilization of BIM has resulted in accumulation of tremendous volumes of computer-generated design data.Such vast datasets provide practitioners with an opportunity to extract valuable information regarding the process of design. Thispaper regards BIM designers as the research object，analyzes the BIM design flow characteristics and process mining requirements，and uses the process mining technology to construct three types of social networks and further builds a dynamic working togethersocial network. We use "top-down" from macro to micro research methods，to analyze the social network of BIM designers. Based onthe influencing mechanism of social network centrality on the efficiency of BIM designers，this paper puts forward the hypothesis，that is，the centrality of workflow network directly affects the efficiency of BIM designers and has a positive impact. Throughmeasuring and arranging studied variables，the correlation analysis and regression analysis of the data were carried out，and thehypothesis was tested. |
