| 摘 要： | 为了减少或避免煤矿灾害事故的发生,降低煤炭生产风险,保护员工的安全与健康,论文提出了煤矿灾害事故损失预测模型,以及煤矿风险管理的概念。煤矿灾害事故损失预测是风险管理的重要组成部分,在灾害事故损失预测基础上将煤矿灾害事故损失量化,根据风险管理理论提出降低事故风险的措施。
