摘    要:江苏电网在对老线路进行增容改造中,首次采用新型GTACSR288间隙型耐热倍容量导线。与普通导线相比,倍容量导线架线施工工艺上的差异,主要表现在:导线紧线施工段控制在5~8档之内或者紧线档距不超过2000m,当实际情况超过这2个数据之一时,就必须在当中直线塔上设置"假耐张装置";导线紧线主要分为初次导线紧线和最终钢芯紧线2步,分别对应70%张力和100%张力2次不同的紧线张力;导线钢芯紧好后,需要静止悬挂于塔上12h后方可进行压接挂线操作。

Abstract:In the capacity upgrade of Jiangsu grid, new GTACSR288 gapped heat resistant up-rating conductor is used for the first time.
