摘    要:为充分了解复杂系统在工作过程中的健康状态,保证系统安全的运行,依据健康监测参数对系统进行实时健康评估是非常必要的。针对系统健康状态的综合评估问题,提出一种基于距离度量来构建系统健康指数的复杂系统健康评估方法。通过监测多个性能参数的时间序列,利用距离度量来降维,转化为单一的数据来评判系统的健康状态;然后,为了更好地去除时间序列中的扰动,对数据的分布进行研究,以马氏距离与直方图法相结合的办法构建出系统健康指数;最后通过NASA提供的PHM08数据,对所给出的航空发动机的主要监测数据进行健康评估,其结果表明该方法能对复杂系统进行有效的综合健康评估。

Abstract:In order to fully understand the health state of complex system in operation process and ensure system secure operation, conducting health assessment on the system in real time according to the health monitoring parameters is very important. Aiming at the comprehensive assessment problem of system health state, a complex system health evaluation method is proposed, which is based on distance measure to build system health index. Firstly, the time series of multiple performance parameters is monitored, which is dimension reduced with distance measure and transformed into single data to evaluate the system health state. Then, in order to remove the disturbance in time series, the data distribution is studied and the system health index is built with the method combining Mahalanobis distance with histogram. Finally, with the PHM08 data provided by NASA, the health evaluation of the main monitoring data for aircraft engines was conducted. The results indicate that the proposed method can conduct effective comprehensive health assessment of complex system.
