摘    要:双碳背景下对能源的互补利用与低碳化运行提出了新的要求。提出了计及电转气及碳捕集的综合能源系统协调调度模型,构建了碳捕集电厂-电转气协同优化框架,并在阶梯式碳交易机制下对系统碳排放进行引导。针对自适应鲁棒模型求解困难、化简繁琐等问题,采用典型场景描述不确定性,并引入辅助变量代替最恶劣场景运行成本,实现内层模型的解耦替换。在此基础上,进一步提出了融合极限场景辨别的迭代算法以提高模型的求解效率。最后,以某综合能源系统为例验证了所构模型以及所提算法的有效性。

Abstract:Under carbon peak and neutrality goals, new requirements are put forward for the complementary utilization of energy and low-carbon operation. Therefore, the paper proposes the coordinated scheduling model of integrated energy system considering power to gas and carbon capture, establishes a collaborative optimization framework for carbon capture power plant and the power to gas, and makes the optimization of the carbon emissions of the system under a stepped carbon trading mechanism. Targeting the problems of adaptive robust model such as the solving difficulty and simplifying the complexity, the typical scenario is used to describe the uncertainty,and the auxiliary variables are introduced to replace the operating cost of the worst scenario, so as to realize the decoupling and replacement of the inner model. On this basis,an iterative algorithm integrating extreme scenario discrimination is proposed to improve the efficiency of solving the model. Finally,an integrated energy system is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
