水淹情况下块煤瓦斯解吸规律实验研究

摘    要:煤层开采后会形成大量采空区,蕴含丰富的煤层气资源,若采空区煤层气资源逸散至大气中,不仅造成了资源浪费还会污染环境,影响井下生产安全,对采空区煤层气资源的利用具有重要影响。为了降低采空区资源利用成本,需对资源量进行评估,采空区遗落煤残余瓦斯是采空区资源的重要组成部分,其解吸规律是采空区资源评估计算的重要组成部分,由于采空区复杂的环境,影响采空区遗煤瓦斯解吸规律的因素也较为复杂。水分作为一个重要因素,对采空区遗煤瓦斯解吸规律影响较大,而遗落块煤在不用体积浸泡情况下的瓦斯解吸规律研究较少。针对块煤瓦斯解吸实验,试制了块煤水淹瓦斯解吸装置,并进行了块煤不同水淹情况下瓦斯解吸实验,得到了在该实验条件下块煤水淹体积的影响系数及块煤瓦斯解吸速率经验公式。

Abstract:Coal mining can form a large number of mined-out area,contains rich CBM resources,if let the mined-out area of coalbed methane resources from escaping into the atmosphere,not only caused the waste of resources will pollute the environment,affect mine production safety,therefore is of great significance for mined-out area of coalbed methane resources utilization,goaf resource utilization in order to reduce costs,needs to evaluate resource.Residual gas and the left coal mined-out area is an important part of mined-out area resources,the desorption rules of mined-out area resources evaluation calculation is an important part,and due to the complexity of mined-out area environment,factors affecting traces of goaf coal gas desorption rules are more complex,and the water as an important factor that impact on the traces of goaf coal gas desorption rules is larger,and the left coal under the condition of without soaking volume of gas desorption law research is less.Therefore,in view of the gas desorption test of lump coal,a gas desorption device was developed,and the gas desorption test of lump coal under different water flooded conditions was carried out,and the influence coefficient of water flooded volume of lump coal and the empirical formula of gas desorption rate of lump coal under the experimental conditions were obtained.
