摘    要:国家电网对电力行业提出了新的标准和要求,跨系统协同流程中的电子化移交带来了新的运作机制,也更符合电力信息产业高质量、节能环保发展的要求。对电子化移交的发展现状进行了阐述,提出电子化移交还存在资料合规性、流程不明确、不完善等方面的问题;针对跨系统协同数据传递准确性,采用小波变换的算法对电力数据进行压缩研究;通过模型验证了优化后的模型在跨系统数据传输效率和一致性方面的优势;针对电力企业数据协同流程中的数据传递一致性问题,从细节处加强管理、完善流程监控制度以及做好全局监控3个方面给出建议以及在电力、清洁能源等方面所起的作用进行了探讨,保障企业信息化转型和升级。

Abstract:The State Grid has put forward new standards and requirements for the power industry,and the electronic transfer in the cross system collaboration process has brought new operation mechanism,which is more in line with the requirements of high quality,energy saving and environmental protection development of the power information industry.The development of electronic transfer is described,and the problems of data compliance,unclear process and imperfect are put forward.In view of the accuracy of cross system cooperative data transmission,the power data compression is studied by wavelet transform.The model is used to verify the advantages of the optimized model in the efficiency and consistency of data transmission across the system.In view of the data transmission consistency in the data collaborative process of power enterprises,the paper gives suggestions from three aspects:strengthening management in detail,perfecting process monitoring system and doing a good job in overall monitoring,and discusses the role of them in power and clean energy,so as to ensure the transformation and upgrading of enterprise information.
