煤矿立井提升机液压制动系统控制器设计

摘    要:煤矿立井提升机液压制动系统控制器为系统中最重要的控制单元。基于提升机液压制动系统,研究了控制器组成和结构,主要有485通信模块、电流采样模块、功率放大模块、A/D转换模块、保护电路模块、电源电路模块和主控电片机模块,对各个模块电路进行了研究,并进行了软件设计。研究使煤矿提升机液压制动系统的实时性和准确性更高。

Abstract:The hydraulic brake system controller of mine shaft hoist is the most important control unit in the system.Based on the hydraulic braking system of the hoist,the composition and structure of the controller are studied,including 485 communication module,current sampling module,power amplifier module,A/D conversion module,protection circuit module,power circuit module and main control chip machine module.The circuit of each module is studied,and the software is designed.The research makes the real-time performance and accuracy of hydraulic braking system of mine hoist higher.
