坚硬顶板“孤岛”工作面冲击地压综合防治技术研究

摘    要:根据耿村煤矿12230特殊空间结构体”孤岛“工作面的实际情况,通过理论分析及相同条件下冲击地压事故案例综合分析,判定该工作面冲击危险程度较高,易造成工作面及两巷的冲击,提出控制工作面回采速度、加强工作面上下端头及两巷超前加支护措施和大直径深孔卸压、煤层注水、断底爆破、监测等综合防治冲击地压技术方案。结合防治冲击地压监测数据,通过应力、微震等监测结果分析表明,采取措施后,工作面回采过程中日均微震频次与日均释放能量均有所下降,不规则煤柱影响区域应力得到明显降低,工作面实现了安全回采。

Abstract:According to the actual situation of the 12230 special space structure "island" working face of Gengcun Coal Mine,through theoretical analysis and comprehensive analysis of rock burst accident cases under the same conditions,it was determined that the working face had a high impact risk,which was easy to cause the working face and two lanes.It proposed to control the mining speed of the working face,strengthened the advanced support measures at the upper and lower ends of the working face and the two lanes,as well as large-diameter deep hole pressure relief,coal seam water injection,broken bottom blasting,monitoring and other comprehensive prevention and control of rock pressure technical programs.Combined with the monitoring data of rock burst prevention and control,the analysis of the monitoring results of stress and microseismic showed that after measures are taken,the average daily microseismic frequency and daily average released energy during the working face mining process had decreased,and the stress in the area affected by irregular coal pillars had been significantly improved.The working face had realized safe stoping.
