摘    要:随着新能源建设的不断推进,提高新能源利用率是电力系统能源结构优化和调度的主要任务。从储能优化的角度出发,结合供需平衡的特点,建立了新能源弹性供需调度模型,分析了新能源和储能系统的联合供需平衡裕度,以新能源建设成本、运行成本和折旧成本最小化为目标,进行了储能系统的优化调度研究。仿真结果表明,本文提出的优化调度方法能够有效弥补原能源系统的不足,提高能源利用效率。

Abstract:With the continuous advancement of new energy construction,improving the utilization rate of new energy is the main task of power system energy structure optimization and scheduling.Therefore,from the perspective of energy storage optimization,combined with the characteristics of supply and demand balance,this paper established a new energy flexible supply and demand scheduling model,discussed and analyzed the joint supply and demand balance margin of new energy and energy storage system,and studied the optimal scheduling of energy storage system with the objective of minimizing the construction cost,operation cost and depreciation cost of new energy.The simulation results showed that the proposed optimal scheduling method can effectively make up for the shortage of the original energy system and improve the energy efficiency.
