特厚煤层分层开采立体多源瓦斯治理技术应用研究

摘    要:为解决特厚煤层分层开采瓦斯治理难题,通过分析白芨沟煤矿010203区段首分层0102103工作面采前瓦斯抽采效果及回采期间瓦斯涌出来源,针对性采取定向长钻孔、底板穿层钻孔、顺层钻孔卸压拦截抽采,本分层顺层钻孔强化抽采以及大孔径钻孔采空区瓦斯抽采的立体多源瓦斯综合治理方法,并提出了基于小煤柱沿空留巷的大倾角、大孔径钻孔全程下套管施工工艺,在现场得到成功应用。研究结果表明:在已有定向长钻孔、底板穿层钻孔抽采基础上,采取本分层顺层钻孔强化抽采、下伏分层顺层钻孔卸压拦截抽采等措施,解决了本分层及下伏分层卸压瓦斯涌出问题;利用大孔径钻孔以孔代巷抽采采空区瓦斯,解决了工作面隅角瓦斯积聚问题。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of gas control in the slicing mining of extra-thick coal seams,by analyzing the pre-mining effect of gas drainage and the source of gas emission in the first layer 0102103 working face of 010203 section of Baijigou Coal Mine,targeted long directional boreholes and floor plates were adopted.The three-dimensional multi-source gas comprehensive treatment method of drilling through the layer,depressurizing and intercepting the drainage of the layer along the layer,the enhanced drainage of the layer along the layer and the gas drainage in the goaf of the large-diameter borehole,and proposed a method based on small the large inclination and large-aperture drilling of coal pillars along the goaf had been successfully applied in the field.The research results showed that:on the basis of the existing directional long boreholes and floor penetration borehole drainage,the layered layered borehole enhanced drainage,the underlying layered layered borehole pressure relief and interception drainage measures,etc.The problem of pressure relief gas emission in the current layer and the underlying layer was solved;large-aperture boreholes were used to extract gas in the goaf with holes instead of tunnels,which solved the problem of gas accumulation in the corners of the working face.
