甲醇汽油新能源自动化生产控制系统设计研究

摘    要:以PLC为载体设计了甲醇汽油新能源自动化生产控制系统,针对甲醇汽油生产最为关键的配料环节,提出了称重配料方案。为进一步提升新能源生产效率与精确度,甲醇汽油自动化生产控制系统采取了快速、慢速相结合的方式进行供料,并以预先停机模式进行超量值预估,为确保预估超量值精确性与真实性,设计了过超量预估值修正算法。

Abstract:With PLC as the carrier,an automatic production control system for methanol gasoline new energy was designed,and a weighing batching plan was proposed for the most critical batching link in methanol gasoline production.
In order to further improve the efficiency and accuracy of new energy production,the methanol gasoline automatic production control system adopted a combination of fast and slow speed for feeding,and used the pre-stop mode to estimate the excess value,and to ensured the estimated excess for the accuracy and authenticity of the value,a correction algorithm for the over-estimated value was designed.
