“两软一硬”厚煤层综采工作面超前扩巷施工技术研究与应用

摘    要:某矿204综采面运输巷掘进期间,进入厚煤层时,由原来的沿顶掘进逐渐进入托顶煤施工,22204综采面回采期间,厚煤层区域由于巷道变形严重,不能满足采面安全生产的需要,同时也为了满足后期沿空留巷的需求,需要对22204运输巷进行扩巷、沿顶施工。在厚煤层中进行扩巷,由于之前托顶煤施工,顶煤最厚处达到3 m,若要沿顶施工,巷道中高将达到6 m左右,且扩巷后由于断面大,更容易导致巷道变形。针对厚煤层扩巷施工方面存在的问题,通过对综采工作面超前扩巷施工技术的研究,采用分层作业以及顶板打注浆锚杆、锚索,帮部打设锚索梁的方式,成功解决了厚煤层扩巷施工的难题。研究为地质条件类似的矿井在厚煤层综采工作面超前扩巷施工提供了参考。

Abstract:During the transportation roadway excavation of 204 fully-mechanized face of a mine,when entering the thick coal seam,it gradually enters the roof supporting coal construction from the original roof excavation.During the mining of 22204 fully-mechanized face,the thick coal seam area can not meet the needs of safe production of the face due to serious roadway deformation.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of retaining roadway along the goaf in the later stage,it is necessary to expand the roadway and construct along the roof of 22204 transportation roadway.For roadway expansion in thick coal seams,the thickest part of the top coal reaches 3m due to the previous supporting coal construction.If the roadway is to be constructed along the top,the middle height of the roadway will reach about 6 m,and it is easier to cause roadway deformation due to the large section after roadway expansion.In view of the problems existing in the roadway expansion construction of thick coal seam,through the research on the advance roadway expansion construction technology of fully-mechanized mining face,the problems of roadway expansion construction of thick coal seam are successfully solved by means of layered operation,grouting anchor bolt and anchor cable on the roof and anchor cable beam on the side.The study provides a reference for the advance roadway expansion construction of fully-mechanized mining face in thick coal seam in mines with similar geological conditions.
