分布式光伏项目空间匹配特征及影响因素研究——以北京市为例

摘    要:
发展分布式能源是我国在2030年实现碳达峰、2060年碳中和目标的重要方面。为推动北京市能源转型发展、加快城市生态文明建设,构建了匹配分析模型,并结合探索性空间数据分析法研究了北京市分布式光伏项目“资源条件—项目布局—用户需求(R-P-D)”链匹配程度空间特征、失配原因;应用空间自回归模型分析了分布式光伏项目并网规模的影响因素。研究结果表明,北京市分布式光伏项目“R-P-D”链总体为中低匹配,呈“周边高、中心低”的空间差异特征,较高匹配度区主要在东南部;提高分布式光伏规模有利于提升链路匹配度;太阳能年均辐射总量、全社会用电量、电耗强度、城镇村及工矿用地是影响分布式光伏并网规模空间布局的主要因素。

Abstract:
The development of distributed energy is an important aspect of achieving the carbon peak by 2030 and the goal of carbon neutrality by 2060 year.In order to promote the transformation and development of energy and accelerating the construction of urban ecological civilization in Beijing,this paper constructed a matching analysis model and applied the exploratory spatial data analysis method to study the spatial characteristics of the matching degree and the reasons for the mismatch of the distributed photovoltaic project "Resources Condition(R),Project Layout(P) and User Demand(D) " chain in Beijing City.The spatial autoregressive model was applied to analysis the spatial influence factors of the grid-connected scale of distributed photovoltaic projects.The results showed that the matching degree of distributed photovoltaic project "R-P-D" chain in Beijing was generally at a low-to-medium level,showing a trend of gradually increasing from the center to the surroundings.And the areas with higher matching degree were mainly concentrated in the southeast of Beijing.It was also found that increasing the scale of distributed photovoltaic projects was conducive to improving the matching degree of regional "R-P-D" chain.The total annual average solar radiation,the electricity consumption of the whole society,the intensity of electricity consumption,urban villages and industrial and mining land were the main factors that affect the spatial layout of distributed photovoltaic grid-connected scale.
