| 摘 要： | 产品数据管理（PDM）系统帮助企业管理与控制企业数据。由于其提供支持并行工程所必需的数据管理、配置管理、过程管理等工具，从而在企业设计和工艺部门得到广泛应用。本文主要介绍了PDM的基本概念及其软件体系结构和功能，提出了PDM在企业信息系统建设中的方案设想和目标。
