摘    要:采用平顶高斯光束模型来表示平顶光束,并定义平顶高斯光束的阶数N为平顶度。利用从激光器的四能级速率方程出发得到的交叠积分理论,通过计算,发现平顶的光束半径以及平顶度会严重影响到激光器的阈值泵浦功率和斜效率等参数,绘制了相应的变化曲线。在此基础上结合实际,讨论了单根光纤和多根光纤耦合LD的输出光束的光场分布,并利用已建立的平顶光束模型分析了它们的泵浦特性。

Abstract:A model of flattened Gaussian is used to simulate the flat-topped beam,and the beam order N is defined as the flattened degree.Based on the theory of overlap integral which is obtained from the four-level rate equations,it is found that radius of pumping beam and flattened degree affect the threshold pumping power and slope efficiency of the laser.The corresponding curve is obtained.Further more,the intensity distribution of output beam of single fiber and multi-fiber coupled laser diode(LD) is discussed.The pumping effect is studied by using the model of flat-topped beam.
