Au/TiO_2阵列材料的制备及其光催化性能研究

摘    要:利用纳米自组装技术,结合溶胶凝胶工艺,制备了反蛋白石结构Au/TiO_2阵列材料。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)等手段对考察了复合薄膜的结构和光催化性能。结果表明,Au/TiO_2阵列材料具有大比表面积特性和相互贯通的孔道结构,更有利于金纳米粒子的均匀分布和反应物质的传输,因此取得了优异的光催化性能。

Abstract:Highly ordered Au/TiO2 array materials in large scale are prepared by self-assembly technology and Sol-Gel. The microstructure and the photocatalysis performance of composite film are characterized by using SEM, XRD and UV-Vis. The results show that, Au/TiO2 array materials possess much more effective activity areas and active sites than those of TiO2 films, which makes transportation of reactive substance easier. Thus, the more effective activity areas and the higher channel transportation rate lead to excellent photocatalysis performance of Au/TiO2 array materials.
