摘    要:相比于索洛模型,周方模型将全要素生产率变动拆分为规模经济影响和科技进步两项,更适合于中国建筑业。选取建筑业增加值作为产出,建筑业从业人员劳动报酬和福利之和作为劳动投入,固定资产和流动资产之和作为资本投入,估计中国建筑业的生产函数。针对1993 年到2009 年的统计数据,测定了全要素生产率增长率,规模经济增长率,科技进步增长率。结果发现由于规模不经济的影响,科技进步贡献不高,全要素生产率年增长平均为负,中国建筑业经济增长质量较差。

Abstract:In comparing with Solow model,Zhou Fang model,which is more suitable for Chinese construction industry,splits total factor productivity(TFP)change into scale economy and technical progress. The Added Value of the Construction is selected as output(Q),the sum of fixed assets and current assets of construction industry is selected as capital input(K),and the sum of wages and welfare benefits of construction workers are selected as labor input(L). Production function of construction industry is obtained. Growth rate of TFP, scale economy and technical progress are calculated based on the statistical data from 1993 to 2009. The result shows that average increment of TFP is negative because of diseconomy of scale and low growth rate of technical progress. The growth of Chinese construction industry is of low quality.
