锌湿法冶炼渣处理工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了国内外锌湿法冶炼渣的处理工艺,对回转窑工艺和赤铁矿法工艺的能耗进行了计算对比。结果表明,年处理10万t锌湿法冶炼渣的冶炼厂,回转窑工艺和赤铁矿法的煤耗分别为3.23万t/a和6.87万t/a,赤铁矿法工艺的能耗为回转窑工艺的2倍以上。

Abstract:The zinc hydrometallurgical process slag treatment scheme at home and abroad was introduced, and the energy consumption of the rotary kiln process and the hematite process was calculated and compared. The results show that the coal consumption of the rotary kiln process and the hematite process of the smelting plant with 100,000 tons of zinc hydrometallurgical smelting slag is 32,300 t/a and 68,700 t/a respectively. The energy consumption of the hematite process is more than twice that of the rotary kiln process.
