蚁群算法在白车身底板焊接路径规划中的应用

摘    要:利用Delmia软件建立了白车身底板的焊接工艺模型,按照传统的机器人焊接路径规划对其进行了仿真分析,得到了焊枪走过的路程以及各焊点之间的平均距离等参数.阐述了蚁群算法的理论基础和算法流程,依据该算法的计算思想并结合白车身底板焊接的自身特点,设计了蚁群算法的计算程序,从而找出了白车身底板焊接路径的最优解并且再次通过仿真得出新的参数,并与之前参数进行对比.结果表明,蚁群算法能够应用在焊接路径的规划研究上,这也为今后焊接工艺的规划提供了新的思路.

Abstract:The model of UB (under body) in BIW (body-in-white) was built in the software Delmia. The welding paths which welding guns went through and the average distance between welding points were obtained through simulation by traditional method of welding path planning. The theoretical foundation of ACO (ant colony optimization) and its algorithm flow were illustrated. With the combination with welding characters of UB, the programming of ACO was designed according to the calculated ideology. As a result, the optimum solution of welding path in UB was achieved and the new parameters were also obtained by the simulation with the foundation of ACO. Compared with the former parameters, the results show that the feasibility of ACO applied in the planning of welding path was validated which would lay the foundation for the welding process in the future.
