水泥固化淤泥废弃土作为填土材料的试验研究

摘    要:现阶段的基坑工程会产生大量的废弃土,为实现固体废弃物的资源化,本文以淤泥废弃土作为研究对象,根据击实特性设置不同的击实度,基于无侧限抗压强度试验和水稳定性试验探讨淤泥废弃土经水泥固化后作为填土材料的可行性。结果表明,在淤泥废弃土中加入水泥后,最大干密度会降低,而最优含水质量分数则相反。水泥固化淤泥废弃土的强度会随着水泥质量分数和压实度的增加而增加。在水泥质量分数低于5%时,水泥固化淤泥废弃土的强度对压实度的降低和浸水条件均比较敏感,会出现明显下降。压实度的提高能明显改善水稳定性,但随着水泥质量分数和龄期的增加,压实度对水稳定性的改善效果会趋于平缓甚至减弱。

Abstract:At the present stage, a large quantity of waste soil is produced in the foundation pit engineering. In order to realize the resource utilization of solid waste, silt waste soil is taken as a research object, and different compactness set according to the compaction characteristics measured by the compaction test. The unconfined compressive strength test and the water stability test are conducted to investigate the feasibility of using silt as a filling material after cement solidification. The results show that the maximum dry density decreases after adding cement to the waste silt, but the optimal moisture content is opposite. The strength of cement stabilized waste silt increases with the increase of cement content and compaction degree. When the cement content is low (5%), the cement stabilized waste silt is more sensitive to the decrease of compaction degree and immersion condition, and decreases obviously. The increase of compaction degree obviously improves the water stability, but with the increase of cement content and age, the effect of compactness on water stability tends to be smooth or even weakened.
